If you have studied, your school level in the state for more than 4 years then you are eligible for the AP state quota seats. So if you have studied from 7th in AP then you have obviously studied more than 4 years and you are eligible for the state quota.

See if you are appearing till round 2nd of NEET UG AIQ counselling conducted by MCC then you cannot take free exit which means you won't get refund if your security money if you appear for round 2nd as well, this is because free exit is only allowed till round 1st and if you appear for further rounds then in case you do not get any seat and you opt for an exit from NEET UG AIQ counselling then your security money will be forfeited.

No NIOS students will not face any hassle during NEET counseling, be it All India wise or for state counseling. You should be scoring above the cut-off range for your category, submit the application fee, and submit the required documents and security fee well on time before the given deadline. If your score is good enough, you will get the desired government/private medical college.

It is mentioned in the Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Counselling Information Brochure that you need to upload the downloaded copy of the NEET UG 2021 Admit Card. So you do not have to worry if there is no signature and haven't affixed your passport size photograph as you have to upload the digital copy of the NEET UG 2021 Admit Card. However, at the time of admission you need to submit the original NEET UG 2021 Admit Card which you have carried to the examination center with your signature and your photograph affixed. See till now neither IPU nor MCC, the counselling authority for respective state quota of Delhi and AIQ counselling has not released any notification or any announcement regarding dates for NEET 2021 counselling so at this point of time it would be very difficult to guide you with the schedule of NEET 2021 counselling.

Dear Aspirant, for government medical college there is no open state for other states students except domicile state. But please consider the fact that cutoff has been increasing every year depending upon number of seats available, number of candidates and exam difficulty.

National Testing Agency has declared the results of NEET 2021 examination. Now the All India Quota Counseling will take place for 15% seats reserved in medical colleges of all states. The online counseling takes place in 2 rounds only.
As of now no details has been published regarding the beginning of the Counseling process, but it is expected that the counseling process will begin in next few days.
NEET 2021 AIQ Counselling process includes-
• Candidates to register themselves on official website of MCC- Medical counseling Committee-

• Fee payment- Re 1000 is to be paid by unreserved category candidates while For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates, registration fees is Rs 500.
• Choice filling of colleges candidate wishes to get admission in
• Finally seat allotment based on NEET scores, reservation criteria, and the number of seats.
A security deposit of Rs 10,000 also is to be done by students which will be refunded if no college is alloted even after round 2 of AIQ counseling.
Following are the documents that will be required during counseling and original documents are to be produced-
• NEET Admit Card
• NEET Result/Rank Letter
• Class X Certificate and Marksheet
• Class XII Certificate and Marksheet
• 8 passport sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on the application form)
• NEET Seat Allotment letter
• Proof of Identity (Aadhar card/PAN card/Passport/ Driving License)
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
Following are the reservation that are given to the candidates of various categories-
• 10% seat reservation for GEN-EWS candidates, (candidates whose family income is less than Rs 8 Lakh per annum)
• 15% seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste(SC) Students.
• 7.5% seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students.
• 27% seats are reserved for OBC-NCL candidates only in colleges run by central government.
• 5% of seats are reserved for Person with Disability PwD. This is a horizontal reservation which means that 5% of all seats reserved for various categories are reserved for candidates with disability from that category.
