NEET Counselling
hello alok
yes there is a risk of leaving the college that has been allotted to you in mop around .This will happen to you if you leave it
The candidate chosen in Mop up adjusts and neglects to join or leave in the wake of joining to a dispensed seat, at that point such an applicant should take care of punishment according to rules, just as he/she won't be qualified for affirmation through state Quota for resulting two scholastic years.
So my advise will be don't leave it
Hope this helps you

Once the NEET 2020 results are announced, you need to follow these steps to get admission into the college of your choice.
Step 1:- Register yourself on the official website for the 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota Counselling. While filling the registration form, mark yourself under defence quota reservation category.
Step 2:- Choose from the list of colleges, the college you are interested in for pursuing MBBS/BDS, when the choice filling window is open.
Step 3:- Round 1 results will be declared, and college will be alloted to you based on your NEET score, your reservation category and the choices filled by you.
Step 4:- If you don't get the college of your choice, repeat step 2 in the subsequent rounds (Round 2 and Mop up round).
That is the whole process of counselling. For more information on the expected colleges you can get on the basis of your NEET score, use this college predictor tool.

hi,
generally students name and parents name mentioned in 10th pass certificate is considered to check the spelling of the candidature, so your fathers name and your name is same as in 10th certificate and neet application forms then I suppose it would have no issue. however it would be best to send an email or contact with exam authority relating your confusion regarding name spellings.
To know about complete list of probable college name, based on your score, category please use Careers360 college predictor tool

Hello Lakshmipriya,
You don't need any special windows software version for counselling process as it is not going to affect this process. Online registration and choice filling during counselling can be done from place home if you have good internet connection . However candidates have been advised not to use mobile phones for registration and choice filling purposes. Registration may be done by candidates using desktop, laptop, i-pad etc having decent internet connectivity.
Hope this helps.
