Follow the following rules of NTA for NEET
1. Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes which have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET 2020 dress code
2. No clothes with full arm length sleeves should be worn on the day of examination. Following the dress code of NEET, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.
3.It is best to avoid high heels and thick sole shoes and instead opt for sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed.

A tattoo if it is permanent cannot be done anything about. So that should be fine. But do not wear a long sleeved dress. because it needs to be simple with no big buttons or embroidery or metal chains hanging. Wear a light coloured half sleeved kurta with palazzos or formal pants. No jewelry of whatsoever metal will be allowed. And no watches or electronic gadgets will be allowed. Simple sandals are allowed but not shoes. As long as these are followed a tattoo should not be a problem.
