Hi
It is completely you ok even if you have completed your engineering you can still appear for Neet examination provided you fulfill its eligibility criteria given below
Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET :-
-----------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.
-----------) Percentage required :- You must get
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
-----------) Age limit :-
-
Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination .
-
Upper age limit :-The upper age limit is 25 years as on the date of neet examination and there's relaxation of 5 years for obc ncl/SC/ST /PwBD students means upper age limit is 30 years for these categories.
†††† But since 2018, the case of upper age limit is pending in supreme court , and so there's no upper age limit as of now until supreme court gives its judgement over it.
-----------) There's no attempt limit for neet.

-------------) As per eligibility criteria of AFMC to be eligible you should must all the subjects in your class 12th in your first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must get at least 60% in aggregate of PCB i. e Physics, Chemistry and Biology and at least 50% marks in English and 50% marks individually in each of PCB , also should have studied and passed maths in the class 10th.
- -------------)You must be at least 17 years old by 31st December of the year in which you apply, and must not be of age of 24 years on that date i.e If you are going to take admission in 2022 then your date of birth must not be earlier than 1st January 1999 and it should not be later than 31st December 2005
So ,yes age does matter when it comes to AFMC but with your age will be 23 years old next year and so you will be still eligible for AMC
You can check the same at its official page , the link for the same is provided below
https://www.afmc.nic.in/courses/mbbscourse.html
If you want to get into afmc, you need to have at least around 650 marks in neet examination to be on the safer side
After qualifying neet cut off of AFMC , you will have to give some additional examination to get admission in AFMC , that is :-
**********Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic, and Reasoning which is called ToELR,
**********Psychological Assessment Test i.e. PAT,
********** Interview
After clearing these, finally you will have to go through your Medical Examination then finally you are selected for admission in AFMC.

I got 89078 rank in neet exam 2021 belong from general category can I get private medical college under 8 lakh per annam
Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
It would have been helpful for us to provide you details of colleges precisely had you mentioned your marks instead of AIR as college cut offs are decided on the basis of Marks and not rank.
With rank you have provided I expect you to be scoring around 505 marks.
Now With Marks you are scoring in NEET Examination, it would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical College in Haryana for MBBS as cut off is exceedingly high. Though you can get MBBS seat in below mentioned private colleges-
• Adesh Medical College and Hospital, Kurukshetra
• NC Medical College and Hospital, Panipat
• SGT Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, Gurgaon
• World College of Medical Sciences and Research, Jhajjar
For complete details about all the medical colleges in Haryana their cut-offs, fees and other relevant information, kindly check out the link given below-

iam pridecting 450 marks in my neet exam 2021 is possible toget mbbs govt seat in gulbarga i belongs to category 1 In hyderabad karnataka region
Hi,
With the marks of 450 in neet 2021, the chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges is quite low enough belonging to the general category. But the cutoffs varies every year and also statewise. Rather you may also try for private medical colleges which might be quite possible. Hoping for the best. if i take 147 in neet exam 2021 wheather i have selected for mbbs
NEET 2021 eligibility for the unreserved class was 138 marks and above. if you have secured 147 and you belong to a general category you can apply for private institutes in India or abroad. you should take a year gap and prepare nicely so that you can achieve more marks.
you can also predict your college with this predictor link mentioned below

how many marks I want get for bhms in neet exam 2021
Hello Aspirant,
See there are number of colleges in India that offer BHMS and they all have different cut-offs considering different factors, since you have not mentioned the name of college so it is little bit difficult for us to guide you accurately but if we consider in common, then if you are seeking admission in top colleges then with general category you should have at least 550+ marks out of 720 and for average colleges 480+ would be sufficient enough out of 720 marks in NEET UG . Note that this for colleges through AIQ counselling because for different states there are different criteria for different colleges so you have to check out for each state wherever you are seeking admission.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To get an idea of previous year's cut-off/closing ranks you can check out the link given below :-

Hello,
If your query is regarding your eligibility for getting Medical Colleges based on your NEET 2021 Score, then unfortunately you won't be able to participate in All India Quota, AIQ Counseling and NEET State Counseling as you haven't qualified the examination.
------ With only 23 correct answers your total marks = 23 × 4 = 92. (Ignoring the negative marks due to wrong questions if any)
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
------ If you are not sure about joining college this year and want to prepare again for NEET next year then I would suggest you to take Career 360's NEET knockout package.
