Yes ,you are eligible for neet 2021 even if you have given compartment examination provided you should have cleared your compartment examination and after clearing it , you must have got :-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible .
so ,if you meet this percentage requirement in PCB as per your category then you are eligible for Neet examination.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

The percentile required for a PWD-GENERAL candidate is 45% percentile in NEET.
The cut-off score in the past two years has also risen for all the categories as:
So it might increase this year too.
For you the safe score will be around 250 marks. And if you score a bit higher like 300 you will definitely get a very good college seat.
And as it is said you should aim higher so I suggest you to aim for 350 and then your score will be around 300.
