Hello aspirant,
i want to inform you that it will be better that you make ews certificate from the state you are filling counselling form of. But at last it doesnot matter that from where you have made your documents but still for being safer side you can have that, but still you have one of different state it really should not bother you.
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have made mistake while filling up the form you should definitely mail to the required authorities regarding the mistakes you have sometimes correction window is given to the students to correct the mistakes if made any during the process.
Dear aspirant
There is no fixed chapters from which conceptual or theoretical questions can be asked it may be asked from anywhere. Although I'm giving some chapters name from which theoretical questions can come. In physics semiconductor, modern physics, light and dual nature, fluid mechanics etc this are the main chapters from which theoretical or conceptual or formula based questions may arise in physics although it's not fixed.
In chemistry chapters like solid state, biomolecules, polyester, chemistry in every day life, environment chemistry, periodic table, hydrogen, surface chemistry, principal and process of isolation of elements etc so these chapters can give you theortical questions.
Almost every chapter mentioned above will give you one question from some you might get two also.
You can also check the link below which will tell you the chapters which you must read to score high

Hello
The appearing students are provisionally eligible subject to the fulfillment of required percentage after passing 12th.
Which category do you belong to?
*******To be eligible for neet, you need to pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 49.65% i.e lesser than 50% , but more than 40 % so you are not eligible for Neet if you belong to general category but if you belong to OBC/ SC or St category then yes you are eligible for Neet examination
So, if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for Neet examination and even if you qualify Neet then you cannot get admission in any College be it government or private as you fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria of Neet but if you belong to OBC/ SC or St then you fulfill Neet eligibility criteria and can get admission with medical colleges( both Government and private)
Also,
******** to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December of the year of appearing
******** There is no upper age limit for Neet as of now.
******** There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Thank you
Hi aspirant,
You had an option to rectify it during the correction window but now you will have to wait till the counselling process starts and at the time of documents verification, You will need to create an affidavit stating both the persons are same with self attested signature and relevant documents. Most probably the verifying officer will allow this but the final decision will be made by him/ her only.
However you will be permitted to appear for the examination as they have biometric attendance system which has your photograph and thumb impression with the issued admit card.
Hope it helps!!
