I have a dob of 2006 and Im underage and I filled my dob 2005 in neet form will I get my admit card or the examiner will allow me to sit in the exam.. do I start preparing for neet 2023

Shriwam Shrivastav 5th Jul, 2022
Hi Aspirant

Greetings

NEET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA to get admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc

On the day of examination, you need to carry a photo identity card like Aadhar, passport, driving licence etc where your real date of birth will be mentioned, so if you just make your date of birth filled incorrect to be eligible for it you will found guilty as it will not match with the ID proof 's DOB.

You will be asked by the examiner, the reason behind this, so if you tampered your date of birth just to be eligible for NEET, it's never be a good idea as it will be noticed surely by the examiner as by your ID proof.

Furthermore it's your choice if you want to sit for NEET 2022, but i will suggest you to start your preparation for NEET 2023 and not to do such tampering with DOB or others in such a level of examinations or anywhere.

Hope you got understand. Thank you

If I am studying in a private English medium school that follows cbse board, then my choice in neet form for the type of school should be what... Private unaided or cbse school

sharmabhumika59029 19th Aug, 2022

Hi Monisha Gupta,

As your school is CBSE board affiliated private school, so CBSE school should be written..

And if your school is funded by any organization, it should be written as private aided..

And if not funded by any organization, it should be written as private unaided..

Hope this helps..

The format of my name in my photograph in my NEET form is incorrect, its Name-Surname instead of surname-name- fathers name (the correct format according to my marksheet). Nta hasnt e-mailed me about any corrections in my form. Should I still correct it? Or is it fine if the format is different?

ayanmukherjee045 26th May, 2022

Dear aspirant,

As you mentioned that you have incorrect name in your application form and considering nta hasn't mailed you regarding you're correction so i would advise you that if you are able to correct your name then kindly do it now itself.

In my NEET form, if I wish to correct my photograph and photocard, do Ive to reupload all the documents again? Or do I need to fill the whole form again? or can I just reupload the photograph/postcard?

ayanmukherjee045 26th May, 2022

Hello Anusha,

In the neet application form if you have received any mail from the nta to correct your photographs in your application then you have to edit it or even if you are doubtful about the document that you have uploaded might be wrong then kindly edit it now itself.

You need not fill the full application form ,you only need to upload the correct photographs.

The last date of the correction in the application form is 27th of may.

what if the 10th marksheet which I have uploaded in neet form is in black and white pdf form. Will it be accepted?

Karishma Sawhney 26th May, 2022

Hello aspirant,

The class 10th passing certificate should be a scanned copy of size 50 kb to 300 kb limit. It hasn't been mentioned in the NTA brochure whether the scanned copy should be a coloured one or a black and white white, so it shouldn't cause any problem.

However, still if there are any discrepancies between the uploaded documents and the specified versions of it, the NTA will notify you the same via SMS/mail.

Hope it helps!

is it necessary to put 11th class details in neet form

Sakshi Sharma 26th May, 2022

Greetings of the day aspirant !!

I hope you are fine. As per your mentioned query , i would like to tell you that there is no need to mention your 11th class details in NEET examination form. As per the eligibility criteria of filling the NEET application form , you should be clear your class 12th with any recognised board with minimum of 50 percent. So, you have to mention the details of your class 12th as it is mandatory.

I hope you will be clear now.

Good luck !!
