Yes, if you want to do MD cardiology then you need to do MBBS it doesn't matter even if you have completed bsc cardiology and in order to pursue MBBS you will have to qualify Neet examination.

Counselling fees for general category in NEET seat allotment is Rs.1000 and Rs 500 for reserved category  . candidates have to pay the fees online and is refundable  in case of non-allotment of seat  or denial of allotment . And incase if allotment ,fee will be refunded to the institution
