In 2019, under KCET Counselling, a rank of 3748 secured a seat in Veterinary College, Gadag under 2B Category. That was the cut off. There are only 5 Veterinary Colleges that participate in KCET and hence higher cut offs. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every

According to the last year's cut-off, it's better to have marks over 400 out of 720 in NEET for Government BAMS Colleges in Maharashtra .
Though the minimum aggregate marks varies, by caste :-
• 50% for General category,
• 40% for SC/ST/OBC,
• 45% for General-PH
But
Dear aspirant
You have sufficient marks to get both of this college in all india ayush counselling.
Usually cut off for deemed ayurvedic college go around 200 marks and below that also because of their high tution fees if compared to normal private ayurvedic college.
So don't worry about that.

With 300 marks in NEET exam , you can get private medical college easily but their fees are little bit higher.
If you want to do your degree from government medical college you need to score more marks .
Caste also plays important role in getting government medical colleges
