As a general candidate you should score above 520 to get admission in government medical colleges, however for SC ST candidate with 480 score you can get semi government medical College easily.
There is a CHANCE of getting a govt medical seat only if you score more than 500.
You have attended total 93 questions in which 38 are wrong response. So remaining 55 are your correct answer.
So you get 4 marks for one correct questions. So total correct marks - 55×4 = 220marks.

As you mention with 400 marks in neet and you are OBC category you have low chance to get seat in government MBBS. You can try in private MBBS college.
