Sorry but in 150 marks in NEET you won't be able to get government colleges but considering your category as SC / ST you can get private colleges but If you are general category you will not be able to get

Students are given one chance to make changes in their application form ie- at the time of correction window.

After that your form is finalised and you can not make any change after that

So I am sorry to say but you can't do anything about it now.
