i can give neet in 2021 and score good and then take gap for 1 year and then take addmission in 2022 in mbbs on basis of 2021 neet result...is this possible ??

Yes, after qualifying neet 2021, you can get admission in 2022 with your neet 2021 results but only in abroad, not in India.

This is because,

For  admission in India, marks obtained by you in neet is valid for only one year i.e it is valid only the year

You're qualified for NEET .The chances are low as 85% all India quota seats the cutoff for all college's is above 400 for your category. If you want to go for MBBS you can get your admission through management quota.

You can try for other courses like nursing, BHMS

Well as you have mentioned your state and category as general , its quite difficult that you'll get mbbs college

Your marks are too low for any good private mbbs colleges too though but surely you can try for them.
