There is no chance of any govt college from AIQ of 15 percent . The cutoff for 85 percent state quota shows unexpected low as the govt colleges of north east was available in 400 marks range , likewise TN etc .

Sorry to say but with 390 marks it's not possible to get a medical seat under OBC quota .
You have to score more than 500 marks , for getting seat in state quota and more than 600 marks to get
