If you belong to OBC NCL category at state level don't belong to obc ncl at central level and then you  have  to choose general as your category in NEET application form and will have to participating all India counselling as a General candidate

Actually, your overall % obtained by you in  class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria , only your aggregate % in PCB is taken
