You need to be through with Ncert books too.

As you know, NEET 2021 Exam will be conducted in the month of May 2021. So you have left with plenty of time for NEET Preparation.

See MTG Fingertips is a good book for final practice but if you have not yet completed your syllabus then I would not recommend you to go with this book for any of the three subjects but yes if you have completed your complete syllabus of NEET 2021

You can use it as a practice material. But you should know the concepts thoroughly and practice as much as you can. This will increase your efficiency and will reduce the mistakes. You can practice from MTG Fingertips along with BM SHARMA books/Past year papers.
