Hello Bishnupriya,
Unfortunately, there is no such provision of re-evaluation of result published by the NTA. You had the opportunity of challenging the answer key that was published by submitting the representation. If you have missed that chance, there is now way now that you can opt for rechecking the result.
The two main reasons for not having the provision of re-evaluation of answer key is that :
I hope i was able to clear your doubts. All the very best for your selection of colleges and your journey lying ahead of you.
Hello aspirant
According to your query there is no measures available to block your neet result, if you have written the examination, then anybody can search your result with your roll no and date of birth.
The only way you can hide showing your result is do not tell them your roll no.
Anyway do not spend much time in these absurd thoughts. Neet is not going to decide your success. Your future is in your hands , work for it and forget the past.
More than 14 lakhs candidates attend neet exam and only a few get selected. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Do not make this result decide your future.

Can i put for revolution of my neet results
There won't be such mistakes in neet because it's evaluated by machine. If you have a problem in scores of your neet answer sheet, may be you calculated wrong. Every correct answer gets a 4 mark while a wrong one gets minus 1. You might have negative marks that deducted your correct answer marks.
Orelse there is a chance you bubbled the answers in wrong way like
You might have bubbled inaccurately or without neatly spreading outside the bubbling spot or semi filled the bubble. In that case the answer will be invalid.
If you are confident in your scoring then you have the option to challenge.
You can go through the OMR challenge in the official website of NTA where you can enter your application ID and password.
Now select the question you want to challenge and fill in the answer you marked correctly. You will have to pay 1000 rupees per question for this challenge. If the question get accepted by NTA then you will get the refund.
If you have full confidence you can surely go for this solution.
