Dear Student,
If you filled up the NEET Examination form but did not appear for the exam, which further means that you don't have any new score and hence, the score of the previous attempt will be counted for further evaluation.
Validity of NEET scores for taking admission in colleges situated within India is one year i.e. for the current academic session only .
However, MCI had released the official notification regarding the extension of NEET validity to three years to take admission in colleges situated outside India because to take admission to foreign universities, the procedure might take more time. The process for taking admission in some foreign medical university is time consuming. The minimum time duration to complete all the formalities so that candidates can get admission is 7-12 months.
Moreover, there is no limit on the number of attempts in NEET.

So always have your eye on the official website and register successfully on the given time period.for time being now focus on your studies and try to score maximum marks as you can.
All the best & perform well !!!
Yes, after qualifying neet 2021, you can get admission in 2022 with your neet 2021 results but only in abroad, not in India.
This is because,
For admission in India, marks obtained by you in neet is valid for only one year i.e it is valid only the year in which you attempt the exam i. e 2021 only in case of neet 2021
While,
Marks obtained by you in neet is valid for 3 years but only for taking admission in medical colleges abroad .
So, If you want to get admission anywhere in India in 2022 which requires NEET then you need to appear in NEET 2022, you can't get admission anywhere in India on the basis of your neet 2021 result in 2022
Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-
