To get admission in Government medical colleges of karnataka you need to score good marks in NEET  . Coming to government colleges ,, 15% of seats are reserved for AIQ and remaining 85% seats are for state Quota. As per the last year's result of NEET UG

Hello Shahid,  If you are interested in studying MBBS abroad i.e. not in India then your neet score is valid for three years. but if you wish to study in India the your neet score is valid only for the current year.

see in maharastra neet score is mandatory for admission in physiotherapy course, so I suggest you to apply for neet exam, which is going to held in september 13, 2020. however there is many other colleges in India in other state where neet score is not mandatory to admission.
