You can use domicile criteria of one state where you live more than 10 years. You can't get domicile certificate for two different states. If you appear exam for non-residential state then you will go under open category. Cutoff for open category is bit low then home state general
In 2020 it should be 550+ for sure...

yes , you can pursue BEd after 12th. It will be a 4 year course , students can apply for CEE (Common Entrance Test ). Those students who have passed their 10 + 2 with 60 % are eligible.
