Different universities has different admission criteria.
Some colleges do give admission on the basis of NEET scores, some on the basis of class 12's marks while some have separate admission tests.
In Maharashtra NEET score is not required for B.Pharm. A separate CET exam is conducted for pharmacy

NEET is an entrance exam for medical colleges for MBBS/BDS courses.
If you want to seek eligibility to b. pharm. course through neet then I would say you can but some states prefer there own entrance exam for pharmacy such as Maharashtra , Karnataka , west bengal , Orissa
Private Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and they participate only in State Counselling. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. And there are 3 Categories in Private Colleges.
You haven't mentioned the State you hold the domicile of. But going by your profile, we understand that you belong to Nagaland. And Nagaland has no Private Medical College. This make a huge difference because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled

There are no chances for you to get admission in government colleges, but you might get a admission in deemed colleges for sure and there are extremely less chances for private colleges. Many deemed and private colleges ask for just a pass marks to provide you with a seat.
