Score means marks that we have obtained.
In official result or marksheet everything is stared properly like your score and rank.

As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it s general. With this score getting seat for BAMS or any medical course is difficult. As for BAMS, BHMS you need to score 450+ for safer side.
As top score is 720 this year cut off is very high

There is no chance for a MBBS seat. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private colleges and deemed colleges. If you are desperate about a medical seat then take NEET year also. Let me remind you that many people who have secured more marks

With a score of 179, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score.

See as of the latest updates now AIIMS and JIPMER will take admission for it's medical courses only through NEET score as similar to that of latest session which was 2019-20. So now the admission for AIIMS or JIPMER will only be made on the basis of NEET
