can I get bams at neet score of 200 suggest some colleges and states

Heena GJ 19th Nov, 2020

Hi Aspirant

As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it s general. With this score getting seat for BAMS or any medical course is difficult. As for BAMS, BHMS you need to score 450+ for safer side.

As top score is 720 this year cut off is very high

I got 179 neet score... can I get admission ?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 17th Nov, 2020

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

With a score of 179, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score.

In 2020 AIIMS have taken students through neet score. From 2021 is there going to be separate entrance for aiims or neet will be the gateway?

Anurag Khanna 27th Dec, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

See as of the latest updates now AIIMS and JIPMER will take admission for it's medical courses only through NEET score as similar to that of latest session which was 2019-20. So now the admission for AIIMS or JIPMER will only be made on the basis of NEET
