Now, coming to
SOME IMPORTANT ADVICE/TIPS/SUGGESTIONS BY ME :
1.The documents needed usually varies from college to college, state to state. So, check accordingly. 2 .State counseling may take your entire day so be mentally ready. 3. Keep at least 20–25 copies of passport size photographs printed with you in your homes for safety 4. Keep atleast 2 xerox copies of each of the documents I mentioned above, again for safety. 5. All the documents needs to be self attested 6. Keep all your doucments ready before the counselling starts. 7. Get the Proformas signed by School Principal (if it has not done), if any. 8. Keep a check on official site daily. Because they might keep updating new things & newer documents required, etc. 9. Please report to the allotted college. This is very important. Even if you are thinking of getting upgraded, you must 1st take admission in that college in which you are alloted. Otherwise, you won't be eligible for upgradation. There you'd be given an upgradation form & if you want, you can fill that. 10. Keep a scanned copy of all those Original Documents saved in your Phone or Google Drive. This is very important, since you'll be submitting the original ones & won't get them back till the next 5yrs.

hey kruthi,
hope you are doing well. So here i am enlisting the norms and your requirements that you need for state quota neet counselling registration:
Original documents (along with self attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under-graduate medical courses for admission to that particular State Quota seats and Private, management quota seats are as mentioned below.
a. Acknowledgement slip generated online after successful enrolment in pre-counselling b. Domicile certificate (a1, a2, b) or domicile certificate from e-district website as the case may be. c. Voter card/Aadhar card/Passport of parents in case of domicile certificate of parent and of the candidate. d. Caste certificate as applicable. e. NEET UG 2021 admit card. f. NEET UG 2021 Rank card. g. PwD certificate if applicable h. Payment of fees proof (generated online).
So I guess from point(c) its clear to you that you can upload either of the documents for registration. i. Age proof ( age should be 17 years by 31.12.2020) j. Class 10+2 mark sheet k. Medical Certificate ( from Registered Allopathic Medical Practitioner)
See if you get a seat on the basis of EWS certificate then if you don't produce the certificate then the admission will be cancelled. Now if you get a seat on the basis of General category then it will be ok but if you want to get a seat under the EWS reservation then you have to produce the ews certificate mandatorily.
