According to the notification released on December 1sthttp://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in/sites/default/files/2020-12/MBBS%20BDS%20CQ%20ADMISSIONS%20NOTIFICATION%20FOR%20FIRST%20PHASE%202020-21_0.pdf, it says that you are allowed to excercise web option for each round of Counselling separately. Which means you can exercise web option for Round 2 as well. But what you need to remember is that you need to select the course and college in which you are interested. You are not supposed to give option to the course and college which you are not interested in. While there is no limitation for the no.of options that you can opt for, you need to remember that if you are allotted a seat, you have to report for admission without fail. And in case you fail to report,you will not be considered for subsequent rounds of Counselling for that academic year admission. So you need to be careful with your web based options. At this point in time, the Registrar, KNRUHS has released a list of Candidates who haven't uploaded their documents. And the deadline for upolading documents for those Candidates has also been notified. Once the period is over, the Couneslling process might begin. It might start tentatively from the 3rd week of November. First the provisional merit list will be released and then document verification process will start. Post that, the final merit list will be released and then the choice filling option will begin. This might start around 4th week of November of 1st week of December. It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs are different for all the categories. Now based upon your rank , considering that you a general category candidate you should try out for state quota seats in private colleges for admission to MBBS, BDS, etc courses.

The officials of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal, will release the merit list of NEET MBBS Telangana 2020 in the month of October, 2020. Candidates who will qualify the exam and wish to participate in Telangana NEET MBBS Counselling must register themselves on or before the last date.

AS a NEET score of 490 your Overall Percentile will be around95.63 - 96.13   and your Predicted Rank will be around 58390 - 70540

You have few chances at the following medical colleges as cutoff for bcb category is around 480+

Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad

However these information is based on last years cutoof and as cutoff changes everyyear depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and current COVID19 situation etc.
