To be able to become topper you need to get rank 1 , you should target 720/720 to be on the safer side as there are instances when all India rank 1 has got full marks .
For example,
in NEET 2020, all india rank 1 had scored 720
NEET Topper 2020 Akansha Singh was from General Category and she secured AIR 2 (GENERAL) in the examination. Ironically, she achieved this rank in spite of securing full NEET score of 720/720 alongwith AIR 1 Soyeb Aftab. For more information regarding NEET do follow the link below
