you can surely get a seat private ones. 474  is good mark and you can go for private college anywhere you want. The yearly fee in private college  will be from 10 to 20 lakh and above.

According to your question, as per you rank and marks in neet you may get an average rated college. As mentioned in your question about state government college so honestly your chances to get MBBS in state government colleges would be low. But

Admission to Raja Rajeswari Medical College Bengaluru is through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities. Based on previous year cut off, a score of 350-400 will get you a seat in this college.

Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota.
