Hello candidate!
You are very close for getting a seat in Telangana with 458 marks.
You can go till the mop up rounds and get the seat in a category in Telangana.
Hope this helps you.

Hello student!
No, you would not lose your round 1 seat until you are upgraded to a more preferred seat of your choice. This means that once you have got a seat in round 1, it will continue to be your seat. However, you have the option to freeze your seat. If you do not freeze your seat in round 1 and you get a better seat in the next rounds, you will automatically be upgraded to that seat and you can not go back to your round 1 seat.
Hope this helps you!
All the very best!
Hello!
There are no chances for you to get a seat in government and private college. But there are chances for you to get a seat in deemed colleges. Where the fee will be high. There are certain college which provides you with admission just if you have a pass mark. As you haven't mentioned the category it becomes more difficult to predict whether you will get a admission or not. Last year OC category cutoff was around 146.
ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
Thank you

Hey there,
I hope you are safe and healthy.
Virtual seats are those seats which are occupied by the students who wish for an upgrade in seat. So if that student get those seats which the wanted then the previous seats get vacated. These vacated seats are then given to other students. So these seats from which the students transfer to an upgraded seat creates a vacancy. This Vacancy is called Virtual vacancy.
Basically, it means vacating your seat in pursuit of a better seat in 2nd round. For example in the first round of counselling, you got an admission in a college and joined the college but in order to opt for a better college/seat, you decide to opt for 2nd round. So this seat is nor vacant until you get another seat in the 2nd round. Nevertheless, once your seat gets vacant, another candidate gets your seat.
Hope this helps.
Hi candidate,
The choices or precisely the locked choices are submitted before the start of counselling rounds and depending on those choices a candidate is allotted a seat from his selected list of colleges.
After each round of counselling, the candidate gets options like slide, freeze and float and has to select one of them to participate in further rounds.
Hope that this answer helps you.
