You haven't mentioned any state or for which college you want to know the minimum cut off marks. Even you didn't mentioned the category.

If you are asking cut off percentile to qualify then it is 50th percentile for Gen category which may be around 145-150 marks and

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general, going by last year state cut-offs for UR with AIR 157171 chances for GMC is quite tough, and so is government quota in private medical colleges though there are possibilities of management quota in the private medical
