There is a govt clinical College in Haryana whose cut off for state Quota was 506 which is way under 546 for the year 2018. However remember that there are chances that cut off vacillates yet I would dare say that you have a shot to get govt clinical

Nothing fixed can be said until NEET results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.
