The only thing you need latest domicle certificate,caste certificate[on necessary], SLC or SEE marksheet,class 12 or combined gpa marksheet,adhar card,JEECUP [only for UP] admit card ,score card.There is no process of direct admission in up,bihar etc go through polytechnic counselling.

Yes, in that case it is called "Externship". You can do your internship from other places than your college. The only requirement is that the place where you go has to be Medical Council of India recognized and authorized for pursuing Compulsory Rotatory Internship.
The process that is required for you to get a transfer for internship is as follows:
Application of No objection Certificate from home Institution.
Application of NOC from the target Institution.
Application of NOC from the Registered University
Approval by the Directorate of Medical Education
Provisional Registration Certificate in the State Medical Council provided by the parent Institution.

After passing MBBS from Nepal ,student has to face MCI screening test first to get MCI licence. After that he has to do an internship in India. Then he will be eligible for appearing NEET exam. There are 2 MCI recognised medical institutions those are Tribhuvan IMS and Koirala IMS.

It is not clear whether you have retained Nepali citizenship or acquired Indian Citizenship by the virtue of marrying an Indian National. Also it is not clear where you would like to pursue your Bachelor's degree from. Each State has its own admission criteria for Indian Citizens and Foreign Nationals. And so it is important to zero on a College first. Most Universities have entrance examinations for admission to Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses.
