Yes, in that case it is called "Externship".  You can do your internship from other places than your college. The only requirement is that the place where you go has to be Medical Council of India recognized and authorized for pursuing Compulsory Rotatory Internship.

It is not clear whether you have retained Nepali citizenship or acquired Indian Citizenship by the virtue of marrying an Indian National. Also it is not clear where you would like to pursue your Bachelor's degree from. Each State has its own admission criteria for Indian Citizens and Foreign Nationals.
