You have to appear the exam as per the course curriculum. You can't change it now. Course is decided by the board. State board generally gives subjects which is related to state language or national language. It can be compulsory or elective. If your board is not providing the course then you can't change it now.

MCI registration is for Indian Citizens who either are Indian Citizens who have studied MBBS abroad but are back to India and practise here or Indian Citizens who have studied MBBS in India. If you are a citizen of Nepal, you will not be eligible for MCI registration. Once you are married and move to India, you will have to reach out to the Embassy for the procedure of gaining Citizenship because you hold the virtue of getting married to an Indian Citizen and they will help you with the process. Then you can reach out to MCI for the next process.
Candidates who do not reside in India including OCI, PIO card holders and NRIs fall under International students. For such students, the eligibility criteria for TISSNET is that they should have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in their 10+2 and 50% in their Graduation or highest qualification. Yes you can apply as you have Indian citizenship. For UPSC, it also allows a candidate from NEPAL also.

You can also apply for SSC and railways too. There no barreir but you have to show your documents every where for verification. You will get strictly verified for the nationality identification. so have your documents original and keep them updates as there are some documents which gets expired after some period.
Hi there, LPUNEST is strictly for Indian students. Foreign students can't apply for this entrance and scholarship test. However, the eligibility for B Tech remains same that 60 percent marks in the qualifying exam in class 12 science (subjects vary from program to program). Hope this helps. Good Luck
