What is the placement scenario in NDIM college for PGDM if i opt for major in Finance

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 6th Feb, 2020
NDIM New Delhi is a pretty decent college in terms of both academics and placements. The fees for the PGDM program is 9.3 lakhs. If you're planning to major in Finance then you should take marketing along with that. This way you'll have higher chances of getting a good organization. The average compensation package offered there is nearly 5-6 lakhs but students do bag packages ranging from 10-15 lakhs. Reputed companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ICICI, HUL,Oyo and others visit the campus. The college is highly preferred for recruiting finance and marketing professionals and being in the industrial vicinity it can provide you immense learning and job opportunities.

Between NDIM and Jaipuria which college is good for pgdm and for good placement

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 5th Feb, 2020
Jaipuria Institute of Management would be a better option among these two. Though both the colleges are same in terms of academics and placements but the fees but Jaipuria is a little more sought after by organizations as compared to NDIM and is more reputed than NDIM. The fees for Jaipuria for PGDM program is nearly 10.2 lakhs whereas for NDIM it is 9.3 lakhs. Moreover industrial vicinity will further help you to grab job opportunities and projects. The average compensation package offered in both the colleges is nearly 6-7 lakhs. But for Jaipuria you must go either for the Lucknow or the Noida campuses as the other campuses are not so good.

Hey,

IILM Greater Noida is one of prestigious institute in Delhi/NCR approved by AICTE/NBA/AIU, and being 25 year old institute obviously give more than 70% of your ROI that you have invested.

Good faculty with modern techniques of teaching and yes giving practical knowledge of the business environment are some of the good things that IILM is still providing to its students.

Mentorship is one of the best gifts that IILM provide to its students and grooming environment is there. It is you who will actually decide whether you fit in the box of 7 lakh/ annum or you can grab a placement of 16 lakh/ annum. IILM alumni count is more than 9000+ and this is something really appreciable.

For Placement companies like Deloitte, evaluserve, E&Y, Banks like hdfc, yes, kotak, IndusInd, Hotel The Leela, Amazon, Redington, Cargill and many more..You can visit Career Development Center page of IILM for more updates on Placement.

The methodology that professors adopt here is the case methodology, which is extremely engaging. The professors here don’t lecture but rather calls on students and work with us to teach a daily lesson. The conversation is structured around our homework, which usually consists of reading a case. Apart from that, we assign small learning groups so that we can get the chance to discuss our work in small settings. Everyone in those groups has a unique background and perspective, so it is great to work together and learn from each other’s ideas.

The one month Global Study Program here at IILM is the biggest opportunity for the students to experience a new country, its custom, new outlooks, natural wonders, technology, style of education etc. This program is the opportunity for students to travel abroad and also it plays an important role in personality development as it gives a chance to face new challenges and commitment and also in finding new interests and career opportunities.

Last but not the least it’s an awesome college with the best faculties and hostel amenities. Every day is an enriching experience whether personally or professionally.

Lastly it totally upto you to decide the college you want to pursue your degree in based on your knowledge and research. So take you decision wisely.

Good luck

how many total gov. medical seat in up and my neet up rank is 1679 and OBC so what should i do.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 25th Jun, 2019
Dear Farhan, there are 5565 MBBS seats in UP. This includes both Government and Private Medical Colleges across UP. In 2018 under State Quota an All India Rank of 56758 secured 429 marks and secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off for OBC Category. Now with a State Rank of 1679  it is difficult for a seat in a Government Medical College. Ypu might get a seat in a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:
