Hello sir/maam, in this current situation there has been some news that class 12th cbse exam will be cancelled and the marks will be calculated on the basis of internal markings in that case I fear that my percentage will drop and I wouldnt get my dream college. What should I do?

Anurag Khanna 15th May, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

See as of now we cannot predict anything about class 12th board examination because these exams have been already postponed till further notice and till now there is no any further decision regarding the new dates or any cancellation so we have to wait till June because in the month of June some decision is expected on CBSE class 12th board examinations.

Don't worry for marking because if the exams will be cancelled then some altrnative would be given as given for class 10th that if any candidate is unsatisfied with his/her result then he/she can appear for an examination which will be conducted when the situations become normal so like this any alternative can be introduced for class 12th as well but till now there is no any notice regarding any cancellation or further postponement of class 12th board examinations.

You can get the latest updates about CBSE examinations from the official website given below :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Dear aspirant,

Yes, you have chances of get Computer Science Engineering in all SRM Campuses. So you have good chances of getting Computer Science Engineering branch in SRM Main Campus that is SRM Chennai Campus. The expected SRM JEE 2021 Cutoff given by experts for Computer Science Engineering branch is 9500 to 10500 and your SRM JEE rank is 6000+ so you have decent chances of getting Computer Science Engineering in SRM University based on previous year's cut-offs and previous year's data. The expected cut-offs are given by the experts. The analysis is based on previous year's cut-offs data. They vary from year to year and depends on many factors like difficulty level of the exam, number of students appeared, number of seats available etc.

For more details about Cut-offs of SRM JEE click below given mentioned link.

Hello,

Yes, you are right here. The estimate projections are that almost 22 lakh students have registered this year for JEE Mains, although usually this is not the case, but it seems like because of COVID, most people skipped last year and decided to appear this year.

1. Jee mains percentile predictor tool is completely off for March 18 first shift result. Why is it so and is there any plan to update the tool? 2. I got 191 yet my NTA score is 95.946 percentile. how is the score trend of the shift? 3. News was that question leaked - was any impact suspected?

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 28th Mar, 2021

Hi Anushka, The trend or normalization of marks vs percentile depends on various factors such as marks obtained by topper, difficulty level of exam, number of participants writing exam, etc. So, this might cause less percentile of 95.946 even with 191 marks in JEE MAINS 2021. And you can check out the college predictor tool given below once again:
