I passed 2nd puc and attempted cet but Im not satisfied with cet ranking. If I try cet exam again next year, am I supposed to write 2nd puc exam again?

i have passed 10th board exams 2021 enough for the criteria of kvpy , but due to financial reasons i am not going to 11th this year , if i joined 11th next year will i be eligible to write kvpy sa.

Yes, you can write KVPY exam next year while studying your 11th standard. According to KVPY eligibility criteria , candidate who are studying 11,12, first of UG courses in basic science are eligible for KVPY SA, SB & SX respectively.

No, you will have to reappear for the exam. As long as you have passed 12th/equivalent examination with mathematics and physics and a vocational subject. You can check the official site to know better. But I suggest you to complete your 12th first and then appear for jee exam.
