Particularly for JNU MCA exam there is no age limit or bar on GAP in education. So, yes you are definitely eligible to appear in MCA entrance exam in 2021. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline with 55% aggregate marks.
