You can do graduation from an open university & pass the required exams as per open university norms. You will get the degree. It is considered as equivalent to any other degree from any other academic institutions.

• 18 month ITI certificate holders are not eligible to join degree.
• 2 year ITI can do degree .You have to get equal certificate and migration certificates from University.
• You can join plus 2.
• You can join open university also.

If you are interested go for higher study then you can go for diploma as a lateral entry after you can get a good job than ITI candidates. In lateral entry scheme candidate can directly promoted to 2nd year.

As per your query I would like to inform you that if you want to do Bachelors in Computer Applications - BCA you must have completed your class XII from any recognized board with English as a subject with more than 50% aggregate marks. So, even if you had Biology in your class XII instead of Mathematics you can go for BCA .

The problem you are facing to fill the form are happening for some cause or other. Because of the following may be of putting in the document mistakes or the mistakes may be of photographs of signature and so on. To correct this mistakes and fill up the form perfectly you have to put on the correct documents, for photographs the prescribed size photographs or for signature the signature you have done  in the previous forms for another class examination. See, if you don't cancel your counselling seat fro KCET this year, then also you'll be eligible to appear for KCET next year as well, but you'll have to regsiter for a new admission for KCET counselling rounds for next year.

If you do not cancel your allotted seat for this year, then that seat will be allotted to any other candidate and you'll go without any seat. But you can still take part in the next round KCET counselling round for next year as well.
