Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned the name of state so it is little bit difficult for us to guide you with an accurate information but in general, with most of the state counselling authorities, if you don't accept the allotted seat then you would not be allowed to sit for mop-up round and if you accept the seat then you can apply for upgradation of seat.
So I would recommend you to join the seat and then you can apply for upgradation of seat in mop-up round and if you get an upgraded seat then the seat allotted to you in earlier round would be automatically cancelled and allotted to another candidate but in case if you do not get an upgraded seat then you can retain back the earlier allotted seat.
But before going through any of the above process first of all check out the norms of the respective state counselling authority.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

Yes it is the fact according to new policy to be implemented by NMC and this policy will be applicable from session 2023-24 means from NEET UG 2023.
Latest order of NMC that states that" for 50% of the total sanctioned strength in private medical colleges as well as in deemed universities, the fee should be as same as the fee in the government medical colleges of that particular state and Union Territory ."
Hello there
If you're interested in agricultural department and want to pursue your career in agriculture then after completing your 10th class you must enroll yourself in the science stream with PCB or PCMB, I would suggest you to go with PCB.
Now as I can see that you want to own your shop so basically you don't need to study very much deep into this fieldfield Or I can say that you need to crack entrance of any good University just because at the end you want to open your own shop.
So finally I would suggest you after completing your class 12th go for BSC degree in agriculture from any university and after that you will be legally eligible to open any agricultural shop by making your licence.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you!

It seems that you are seeking information regarding NEET UG AIQ counselling conducted by MCC, if not then kindly correct me in the comment section given below.
So if you got allotted BDS seat in 1st round NEET UG AIQ counselling and you have joined that then you will not be eligible for mop-up round if you have not resigned it in the prescribed schedule and if you have not joined that seat and still you have not got any other seat then definitely you can go for mop-up round and as you are already registered so you don't have to register yourself again for mop-up round if you have not taken an exit between any of the earlier rounds.
AIQ Counselling will be conducted for mop-up round as per the updated schedule given below :-
