You have not mentioned the name of the course about which you are asking this question. However for veermata jijabai institute Polytechnic courses you need to clear only 10th level board examination. The final admission to the polytechnic course is offered on the basis of merit scores achieved the students in the 10th board. The merit cut-off list are not available for 2023 at the present time.

See it is quite possible to change your name and use the same for filling out the entrance form next year. So as you have mentioned you are currently in class 11th and will appear for JEE main next year so please make sure that you make corrections to your photo identity proofs such as Aadhar and birth certificate beforehand. Also you would need to make corrections in your 10th marksheet as the data should not vary from 12th marksheet and if it very is it may cause hindrance while document verification.
