Hi
There will be no problem dear even after submitting 12th T. C in NIT Trichy. Also, they would go definitely take your 12th T. C because tc is an important document during admission and without it they won't be able to cancel your admission .
But don't worry,
There will be no problem
This is because,
After you leave NIT, you can get T. C from NIT ( not 12th t.c they will issue their own) and you can use it for admission in IITs later on ( also it's not something uncommon as there are many students who enroll in graduation and then leave it in between or in the first year of graduation itself and then get admission in engineering colleges using their college T. C including IITs like a known acquaintance of mine .)
Also,
Those who leave IIT are not eligible for jee advanced but that's not the case with you as you are leaving NITs.
So, nothing to worry.
You can appear in jee advanced and then getting admission in IITs after qualifying it. Do remember that you had qualified 12th in 2021 then jee advanced is the last opportunity you have for admission in IITs
For your reference
JEE advanced eligibility criteria is given below :-
