Of course deled from nios is valid for any teaching exam ,you have to give CTET exam ,to be eligible for various teaching vacancies in delhi ,after passing this exam you can be appear for main teaching exam . However ,deled from nios doesn't develop your teacher like skill ,there are no school experience program which happen in regular course for practical knowledge ,so you will missed it and in future may be you may not be a good teacher as compare to who completed his deled from regular mode.
