If you are giving your exam through NIOS, then you will have to opt for a different code during application. Your qualification code would be 02. You will have to mention your board as NIOS. After doing so, you will probably be not asked to produce leaving certificate.

Till 2018 the Students from NIOS Board was not allowed to participate in NTA NEET.

This verdict was challenged by NIOS in Court.

After the order of Delhi High Court, Students are Allowed to Participate in NEET-UG 2019.

Yes, the students who have passed their class 12th from NIOS board are eligible for NEET 2021.Any recognized board students can appear for neet. So, dont worry about that and start preparing for your NEET exam.

Mohmmad mahtab khan , From some research about the NEET eligibility criteria on internet I found that the candiate must have a physics, chemistry, biology and english as a mandatory subjects.

So, With english if you also have other 3 mention subjects then you are eligible for NEET.

You didn't have biology initially but now you want to repeat with biology as a subject through NIOS and it wouldn't be a problem at all to pass your 12th standard with biology as a subject. But you might face some problems, if you will appear for neet or
