Mohmmad mahtab khan , From some research about the NEET eligibility criteria on internet I found that the candiate must have a physics, chemistry, biology and english as a mandatory subjects.

So, With english if you also have other 3 mention subjects then you are eligible for NEET.

As per their official website, in date sheet 2020, practical exams will be held prior to the theory exams.Theory exams for NIOS 10th may be conducted in November or December 2020.NIOS 12th exams will be conducted along with that.For more updates,  you can check the following link-
