The Supreme Court has passed an Stay order on the rule that NIOS Candidates are not eligible for NEET. So for now even NIOS Candidates are eligible for NEET. So should you pursue your Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 2021 and secure the required aggregate, you are eligible for NEET.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET UG. NIOS is a recognized board and its certificate is valid for higher education purpose. You must have passed 10+2 with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. And you must score minimum 50% marks in PCB if you belong to general category,
