The starting date of TMA by Learners to Study centres - 31st January  is for april  / may .

The starting date of TMA by Learners to Study centres - 31st July  is for oct/nov .

You must be submitted the TMA and Exam fees both.

Why because if you late your fee you will be suffer after sometime in deadline comes in. You sould be pay TMA first and after you pay the exam.
