Sure, There is clearly no problem in that. You only have to do your 10th and 12th and from a recognized board to be eligible for admission in Delhi Government Medical Colleges. And NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) is a very well recognized board.

see as per latest notifications and circular NIOS students are eligible to write neet ug exam, since nios comes under recognized education board in india, and the certificate is accepted in all government and private organization, however to know about latest notifications and declarations follow careers360 website.
