No you can't because the sof Olympiad exam is only for the students studying in between class 1 to 12. Moreover there is no minimum marks tor any other such criterion .

Since you are repeating 12th but simultaneously you are pursuing bsc so you are not

it would be preferable to go with your final marksheet ... so it would be recommended that you must go with your nios marksheet.

The National Entrance cum Eligibility Test for UG 2020 is scheduled to  be held on May 3, 2020 and the NTA recently announced that NIOS students will be eligible to answer it. So, it is most likely that NIOS students will be eligible to answer NEET UG

NIOS allows students to give class 10th improvement exam if the students feel they did not perform well in a subject.

They can apply for the same by paying the NIOS examination fee. A student can appear for compartment exam only once during the admission period (5 years).

As you may know NIOS does not issue any Transfer/School Leaving Certificate separately to any of  its learners. At the time of verification of documents you can simply tell them that since you have completed your schooling from NIOS you do not have the transfer or school leaving certificate.
