Obviously studyoing IT in some good engineering College is better since lot of things depend on it.First of all the good college has decent placements and you can get a good job.Generally the course curriculum remains same except the fourth year.So if you take IT it is also good.Moreover in a good engineering college you will get a higher package along with good infrastructure and faculty.
