KK Modi university located in Durg is backed by Modi Enterprises, which was founded originally by Rai Bahadur Gujarmal Modi in 1993. This University offers degrees and diplomas in the field of Engineering, Management, Sciences, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Not much information is provided by the authorities about it's ranking and related things. So, it's difficult to predict what it's rank would be. However, it is a decent college, not necessarily Top tier 1.

The MIT Art, Design and Technology University is an autonomous private university in Loni Kalbhor, Pune, Maharashtra, India. It is a UGC recognised university. Its accreditation is not available on its official website. But it is rated AAA+ in Engineering by Careers360. And also, this university is awarded with the ' Best Campus Award ' by ASSOCHAM.

Central University of Andhra Pradesh has been formed very recently (after 2015) hence it has not got a nirf ranking this year. Maybe in the years to come it will be featured amongst central universities like JNU etc but currently it does not have all the necessities to be numbered in NIRF (NIRF ranking is given on the basis of various fields like number of students enrolled in different course, number of students from outside the state, number of faculty and male to female ration etc).
