Hi student!
The National Institutional Ranking Framework ( NIRF ) is a methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education , Government of India, to rank institutions of higher education in India. Different types of institutions have various rankings depending on their areas of operation like universities and colleges, engineering institutions, management institutions, pharmacy institutions and architecture institutions. NIRF ranking sets a bar for the quality of the univesity or college. So it is better to check the ranking before getting admission.

Have a good day.
KK Modi university located in Durg is backed by Modi Enterprises, which was founded originally by Rai Bahadur Gujarmal Modi in 1993. This University offers degrees and diplomas in the field of Engineering, Management, Sciences, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Not much information is provided by the authorities about it's ranking and related things. So, it's difficult to predict what it's rank would be. However, it is a decent college, not necessarily Top tier 1.
Thankyou.
