First of all, you have to complete your class 12 with minimum 60 % percentage and then you have to completed you undergraduate degree in BBA or any stream related to commerce with minimum 60 % percentile. Then you are eligible for taking admission in Nirma University. At Nirma university, you have to quality its IPMAT exam. Then you can tak admission in this university.

As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 115045 - 85657. There is a less chance that you can get Nirma Univerity on your rank because the cutoff for Nirma University last year was around 97-98 percentile. For checical engineerng last rank for the student got selected was around 68237. You can check the cutoff from the link below:
