Does nirma University accept freeship card ?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 13th Aug, 2019

Hello dear student,

Greetings!

Yes if you are holding a  freeship card with yourself then  all the universities of gujarat will accept it but only tuition fee is paid by government other fees like hostel will not be paid by it.

The freeship card is issued following official permission by the social justice and empowerment department. The card is a written promise by the government to pay education fee, admission fee and other compulsory fee of the student to the self-financed college.

thankyou

Which is better for CSE - IIIT VADODARA or NIRMA UNIVERSITY or MSU BARODA?

Vishnupriya 27th Jul, 2019

Hi Sejal,

It is hard to compare among the choices. Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Vadodara, is a government institute. While, Nirma University and Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara are private universities. IIIT is a good option.

How much marks do I need to get admission in Nirma University EE (Not ranks) in Gujcet and GHSEB Boards

Ronak Gala Student Expert 27th Jul, 2019

Gujarat rank will be composed of 60% weightage on marks obtained in 10+2 standard qualifying examinations and 40% weightage on marks obtained in GUJCET 2017.
Try to score more than 90 marks in GUJCET exam with good percentage in 12th board (80 or above) to get admission in top university of Gujarat.

Best wishes. Thankyou.

Animesh Vats Student Expert 15th Feb, 2020

Hi,

Well I would like to tell you that the state quota benefits can only be given to students who belong to the state and have domicile of the state. So if you want to apply to Tamil Nadu having AP as your state of domicile, then you will only get the opportunity to get government colleges in AP. But you can apply for private colleges in Tamil Nadu.

I hope  my answer helps.
