Hi,I got 92 %tage in GSEB board and get 94.25 mark in gujcet.Can I get admission in Nirma University without fees??

Hii..according to your Score Your Merit.percentage is around 87 percentage..
At this percentage your merit rank will be less than 1500.
I can assure you that you can get nirma But not the CSE field..You can get IC,Mechanical,Electrical ,Civil Etc..
For TFWS seats it is depend On number of students

There is no such criteria for percentage but you must have cleared board examination with good marks to be on a safer side. There are 35% seats for all India category. And a candidate who have passed 12th Science examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with the minimum

Do you belong to any reserved category ?
If no, then sorry to say you have almost null chances of getting admission with a rank approximately 800k.
You should try looking for other colleges and some state engineering entrance exams.
