First of all it depends on your choice of branch.
But keeping that aside with the rank of 77k you will surely not get CS , IT , MECH or EC.
But if you want than you can get into EE , CHEM , IC ,CIVIL .You. Can
No one can predict that score because scores are going to be change each & every year that depends on difficulty of paper and Number of applicants...But as per trend You need to score in the bracket of 80-90% in Board Examnination..& 75-80/120 in Gujcet...
Nirma university is known for its B.pharma course.
The opening rank for general category was around 317 while the last rank was around 6426.
Also note- 12th ScienceSubjects 60% and GUJCET 40% result is considered for Admission to the B. Pharm.Programme

NEET is not required for pharmacy courses, it is only compulsory for MBBS, BDS, Veterinary and Ayush courses in India.
In Nirma University for B. Pharma, Students are admitted on the basis of Centralised Selection Procedure carried out by Joint Admission Committee.

It depends on your reservation category. As per 2018 cutoffs, you must get 119-1031 rank in general category, for SC 1562-4739, ST-15000-39000 Ranks. Attend all the counselling sessions. score more than 105/120 marks iwil be goos in GUJCET

Both college having good value in term of study methodology but according to the brand value , opportunities and exposure . But my suggestion is to take in Symbiosis.All the Best
Cut offs of every stream generally vary every year depending upon the number of candidates writing the exam and the difficulty level. There is general trend for cut offs but 2020 is a bit too far to predict that. Do mention the course you are looking the cut off for.
